"Spending three days in a board room with Jay Sharun of the National Collective Bargaining Institute was a great experience.  I entered this workshop as a collective bargaining rookie and left the workshop with confidence.  Confidence on the steps of collective bargaining, the roadblocks, the strategies and what one could expect at the bargaining table.  This workshop was informative and educational in a fun way.  I experienced this workshop with other fantastic people with a variety of experience that lead to a great foundation in the field of collective bargaining.  The training scenarios that were set up for us to run through provided realistic yet enjoyable practice for our real lives.
